Verano / Summer

El verano esta próximo, 21 de Junio es el solsticio de verano y en la geografía cambiante de Alaska todo es verde ahora.
Con las temperaturas en el rango de los 20 grados, Alaska se llena de turistas y los amantes de la libertad, el viento y los paisajes, nos movemos en motocicletas por todas partes; el primer viaje del verano a Hope, pequeño poblado a unas dos horas de Anchorage, fuimos al restaurante de Tito a comer salmón al carbón y pastel de pera con helado de mantecado, que bello día.  

The summer is here, June 21 the summer solstice, and the Alaska landscape tuns  green all around.
With the temperatures in the high 60s, a bunch of tourists travel around Alaska; the lovers of freedom, the wind and the wilderness, we take our bikes to ride, first trip this summer to Hope, small town around two hours driving from Anchorage, we went to Tito´s restaurant to eat salmon blackened and pear cake with vanilla ice cream, what a beautiful day.

 

Madness / Locura

There is something spiritual and marvelous, when we see a model performs an extraordinary job, my friend Rossangel did that on these pictures.
What she performed was so brilliant, than every tear dropped from her eyes is a diamond.

Hay algo espiritual y maravilloso, cuando vemos a una modelo actuar y lograr algo realmente extraordinario, mi amiga Rossangel lo logro en estas fotografías.
Su actuación fue tan brillante, que cada lagrima que cayó de sus ojos es un diamante.

Taipei escondida / Taipei covertly

Taipei es una ciudad moderna con 6 millones de habitantes, que atrae gente de todas partes del mundo, la mayoría por negocios, los cuales ven y disfrutan del modernismo y la internacionalidad de esta segura y acogedora ciudad.

Para el local, existen múltiples opciones que están escondidas en esas pequeñas callejuelas, delgadas y sin aceras, para disfrutar el verdadero Taipei hay que caminarlas.   

Taipei is a modern city with 6 millions inhabitants, to it travel people from the whole world, most of them in business, they see and enjoy the new and international city, safe and hospitable.

To local people, there are multiples options hidden in small streets without sidewalks, to enjoy the real Taipei we have to walk this places.   

Alce y Pajaro / Moose & Bird

Este invierno fue en extremo interesante, pero en lo que va de primavera no he podido hacer fotos, he estado muy ocupado.
Hoy viendo algunas fotos me conseguí esta que me emociono mucho, ya que representa el magnifico balance que tiene la Madre Naturaleza y mi preocupación sobre la insistencia del ser humano en destruirla por motivos económicos.
No se de que hablaban mis dos amigos, estaba muy lejos para escucharlos.

This winter had been extremely interesting, but in this spring I haven't been able to make any picture, I have been too busy.
Today I was seeing some pictures and I found this one, and it touch my heart because it represent the incredible Mother Nature balance and my worry with the human been insistence in destroy it for economical reasons.
I don't know about what my two friends were talking, I was too far away to leasing them.

Spring is here / Llego la Primavera

Hi to all my friends
The spring is over here, the light is back and everyone is happy, we can smell the love and passion all around town, beautiful girls with only tshirts and hotpants walk around the streets, making the sight full of colors and the soul full of cakes smell.
We Alaskans are specials, this is happening at -5ºC, the weather is performing its part as well, what a beautiful days! , the image of Chugach mountain range is from my room window, the East side of Anchorage town, the figure picture is a tribute to Ina, the Spring goddess.

Hola a todos mis amigos.
La primavera llego y la luz invade todo, estamos llenos de una felicidad que se puede oler en el ambiente, lleno de amor y pasión, que envuelve el pueblo.
Bellas muchachas con solo camisetas y pantalones cortos muestran su belleza, están por todas las calles, llenando la vista de colores y el alma con olores de pasteles.
Los Alaskeños somos especiales, todo esto sucede a -5ºC, el clima también hace su parte con unos días increíblemente bellos, la imagen es de las montañas Chugach, el lado Este de Anchorage, desde la ventana de mi cuarto, la otra es en homenaje a Ina, la diosa de la primavera.
